Warranty & Terms and Conditions

Genuine leather is a natural and very durable material, each hide boasting its own unique qualities. Hides may vary in colour and some might have blemishes, wrinkles, and imperfections making it naturally beautiful and giving it individual character.

At Campbell Armoury we pride ourselves in our workmanship and we want our clients to wear their products with the same level of pride. With this said, we are committed to produce premium quality products.

All stitching on items carries a lifetime warranty however, this warranty excludes any form of damage due to negligence, alterations, accidents, misuse or repairs by any other party than Campbell Armoury Leather.

Do not expose your Leather to harmful chemicals that may damage your product and clean/ care for it with a reputable product when needed.

On receipt of your product, please inspect it thoroughly and if found to be defective due to workmanship, this must be brought to our attention via email within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please direct your email to service@campbellarmoury.com providing us with all the necessary information and supporting documentation (i.e. product pictures, description of defect and the proof of purchase). On receipt of your email, we will conduct an assessment of your claim and make contact with you to arrange for repairs/ replacement.  Please note that courier cost to return your product to us is for your own account. Once inspected and repaired/ replaced, we will ship it back to you at no cost to you. 

Happy customers are good for business so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving your product at service@campbellarmoury.com.

We will do our very best to accommodate you by offering a replacement product/ credit refund upon inspection of your product, once deemed to be in its original condition, original packaging and never been used . If the item is deemed used, no refund will be issued.

Please note that the courier cost to return your product to us is for your own account, however once inspected and repaired/ replaced, we will ship it back to you at no cost.

Please note: No returns of custom products will be accepted unless for repairs due to workmanship.

Any returns (within 7 days) of non-faulty items will incur shipping costs for your own account.
